A cozy stay with good staff
Arriving at Metro Hotel Couva seemed like stepping into a warm embrace. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday spirit and my room was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. The friendly staff consistently checked on us. Access to nearby shops was a plus, great to explore the surroundings easily.

the location couldn't be more particularly good close to an event i attended in south. the double room i stayed in was impressive with all amenities in the bathroom.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Exceptional staff, great services, and ideal location right by markets and food trucks and the main road as well as supermarket. Delicious breakfast, a wide range of options available. Amazing pool, parking onsite. Late check-out.

The room was spacious, but it felt outdated with rusty shower heads and dingy towels that really bothered me. The pool area was too cold for comfort, and the chlorine affected my eyes, disappointing. The breakfast choices were limited, and I encountered issues with unavailable items, which left a sour taste at the start of my day.

The stay was primarily for attending the T20 cricket world cup semi-finals nearby, which was a blast. The room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. The front desk team was amazing-always polite and ready to help out with anything we needed. The first room we were given had some unwanted guests, but we were quickly moved to a room without issues. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee maker in the room since there was just a kettle. A decent place for the price.

I stayed in the Beautiful Suite for 30 nights. The room was really spacious and had great AC, a lifesaver. Ms. Ria was awesome-super helpful and always cracking jokes. The bed could've been more comfortable. I didn't sleep as well as I hoped.
